Accessibility Statement
Mitra Science is committed to making our public website and account workflows usable by as many people as possible. We are improving accessibility as the site evolves; this statement describes our current practices and ongoing work, not a certification or guarantee of legal compliance.
Commitment and ongoing work
We review key public pages and account journeys as features change, including navigation, headings, form feedback, focus behavior, and responsive layouts.
Accessibility work is ongoing. We use keyboard checks and automated checks as useful signals, then investigate reported barriers rather than treating a scan as a substitute for human review.
Keyboard and navigation
- Use the skip link to move directly to the main page content.
- Menus, dialogs, buttons, links, and form controls can be reached with a keyboard.
- Keyboard focus is visually indicated, and open menus and dialogs provide named controls.
- Animations are kept restrained when a device requests reduced motion.
Forms and controls
We provide visible labels for form fields, connect feedback to the relevant field where supported, identify required information, and give status or error messages when an action cannot be completed. Control names are intended to remain understandable without relying on an icon alone.
Images and media
Images that convey product or page context include alternative text. Decorative images use empty alternative text so they are not repeated by assistive technology. We continue to review new imagery and document previews as they are added.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you need help using the site or encounter an accessibility barrier, contact our team. We can help with access questions and review reports about navigation, forms, content, or other site features.
When reporting an issue, include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and (if known) your browser or assistive technology. You may also tell us how you would prefer to be contacted.
